About Jim

For 38 years I was immersed in civil aviation beginning my career as a 'bush pilot' flying float planes and helicopters throughout Canada. International operations beckoned and I eventually qualified as Airline Transport Pilot (Airplanes and Helicopters), instructing, training and checking flight crews domestically and Internationally. As a Regional Director, I managed flight operations and a fleet of Government aircraft for Transport Canada on Canada's east coast where I retired from flying.

I relished the adventure, challenges and diversity of humankind and flying varied aircraft types in demanding environments, exotic countries and cultures. The Arctic, India, South America and Far East engaged body, mind and spirit. A lifelong fascination with understanding our unique and complex impulses and myself led me study Transpersonal Psychology, the Enneagram and eventually into Integral Coaching™ –"all my passions"!

My life continues to be about helping people like you. My energy and presence underscores working with and enabling people who desire growth and sustainable change.
